Before you continue reading, there will be no spoilers allowed in this thread. It doesn't matter if the movie is 20 years old or came out yesterday. It's okay to talk about the movie and give your suggestions but some of us don't like rocks fall, everyone dies. It's just polite to respect your fellow player.
On that note, I or anyone else, can make a new thread chock o' block full of spoilers and talk about movies there.
I've recently seen the new Star Trek and Terminator movies. Both are pretty good but during Terminator I was distracted by placing where the infamous Christian Bale flip out might be.
Star Trek awesome, if you can accept it as another part of the canon. Obviously it wont have the same feel of the original ST and critics seem unable to look over that fact. Honestly, when I watched it, that didn't matter. I love ST, grew up on TNG and I was enthralled the entire time.
The next movie I'm looking forward to seeing is Transformers 2. It and GI Joe (And carebears) were childhood cartoons and seeing them now kinda makes the heart flutter.

Hm, well the last movie I saw in theaters was Star Trek. Now, I'm not a huge fan of Star Trek, but I've watched some of TOS and some of TNG, and going off of that basic knowledge [believe me my knowledge is very basic] it wasn't that bad of a movie. I couldn't keep my eyes off of Chris Pine and Zachary Quinto.
The last movie I saw on TV was Independence Day, which in itself is an amazing movie. It stars the genius Will Smith, so if you're a fan of him, I would definately suggest this movie. It's SCI FI to some degree what with the aliens wanting to take over Earth and whatnot. It's a brilliant movie with amazing special effects, great plot line, and some very hilarious lines from Will Smith and Jeff Goldblum. There's even an amazing speech in it from Bill Pullman's character.
The next movie I'm seeing, which is on Wednesday, is Night at the Museum 2. I'm hoping it'll be as good as the first one. After that, probably Harry Potter and Ice Age 3.
